  • Keynotes Presentations. I speak across the Country to conferences and corporate events on topics ranging from Leadership to the Power of Purpose. My general philosophy is that audiences first and foremost want to be entertained, inspired, engaged and leave motivated to make a difference! Way too many speakers spend the majority of their time trying to convince audiences how smart they are only to leave everyone scratching their head wondering, “How much did we pay for this?” Bottom line, I don’t do podiums. Give me a lavalier mic and turn me loose! I have a 100 percent guarantee that if I don’t blow you and your audiences away, you pay me nothing!

  • Customized Workshop Experiences. Topics include but not limited to: Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, Building Excellent Teams & Cultures, Employee Engagement, Customer Service and the Power of Purpose.

  • Organizational Enhancements/Redesign. Employee Orientation and Performance Management are two examples where I can assist in taking your organization to higher levels of excellence while significantly increasing employee retention and engagement.

  • Strategic Planning. There are two types of strategic planners. The first one is a ton smarter than me, usually an academic from your local college and while you’ll receive a three-inch binder that will collect dust on your credenza for many years, your board and/or team will threaten your well-being if you ever invite them to something like this again! And if you’re going for that big grant, it might make sense to start with this. However, most of my clients simply want to revisit their mission, vision and values and set the direction for the next year or so. This is where I’ve assisted hundreds of boards, teams and organizations get organized and tackle the obstacles that’s been holding them back. Your board/team will leave worn out but excited about the work we accomplished.
